You may choose to receive product news and information, Web Portal updates and promotional messages by submitting your name and email address on the “Sign Up” portion of the Web Portal. For example, We may send you messages about new Web Portal features.

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as web beacons, to help Us recognize you, improve your experience, increase security, and measure use and effectiveness of Our Services. Our Web Portal uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, in order to better understand your use of Our Web Portal, and how We can improve the Service. We may share your personal information with Our affiliates (meaning entities controlled by, controlling or under common control with Assurant, Inc.) outside of the Assurant entity that is your data controller (for example, Assurant Puerto Rico may share your personal information with Assurant US or other Assurant entities, such as Our parent company, Assurant, Inc.) as reasonably necessary for use in accordance with this Notice. Accordingly, in providing the Service, personal information may be processed in countries where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Economic Area (“EEA”). 2.5 Service providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service (e.g., customer support, claims adjustment, analysis, audit, application or database hosting, marketing, development, etc.). We do not authorize such third parties to disclose or use it for other purposes. Our service providers are located within and outside of the United States of America. 3.1 Access, correct, delete or limit use of your personal information
